Donate & Serve Our Houseless Veterans
Your donation supports ending houselessness in the Portland Metro region. Our work accomplishes the following:
- Shelter and affordable housing to over 700 individuals each night
- Moved over 330 homeless individuals into permanent housing last year
- Build communities that empowers our participants to thrive and improve their quality-of-life through retention and wraparound support
- Offer essential personal items such as clothing, personal care, and furniture to shelter participants and those moving into housing
What Your Tax-Deductible Donation Can Do
$11 can provide a hat, gloves, and a clean pair of warm socks for someone who could use them most this winter
$28 can provide access to public transit for a month to travel to work, housing opportunities, medical appointments, or job interviews
$75 can cover the application fee for a Veteran moving from a Do Good shelter into permanent housing, individually or with their family
$130 covers the cost for 1 Veteran to apply for government and healthcare IDs. Being “document ready” connects unhoused Veterans to connected services faster
$500 can help fill a food pantry in a Do Good shelter for one month, providing hearty and nutritious meals meals to our participants this winter
